At Fireplace Trims, each of our products is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:

 

 

Production Time

All trims are made to order. We typically complete production within 3 business days. Each trim is hand-painted and carefully packed, which takes an additional up to 3 business days depending on our current workload.

 

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and packed, it will be shipped using a reliable courier service. Shipping times vary based on your location but generally fall within:

• UK Orders: 2–4 business days

 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Delays

Please note that during particularly busy periods, there may be slight delays in production or dispatch. We’ll always keep you informed if there are any changes to your order status.
