1. General
Fireplace Trims is a UK-based business providing handcrafted fireplace trims. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Product Information
All our trims are made to order and hand-painted, meaning slight variations in color or finish may occur. Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders must be placed via our website. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept most major credit/debit cards and payment providers.
4. Production and Shipping
Production takes approximately 3 business days, followed by hand painting and packing within an additional 3 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 6 business days, but this may vary during busy periods. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and Refunds
As our products are made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence if there's an issue.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error, so please check all measurements and descriptions carefully before ordering.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, work on your trim may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) related to the use or installation of our products.
All trims should be installed by a competent individual. Improper installation or misuse of our products is at the buyer’s own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Fireplace Trims and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during checkout will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the relevant courts of jurisdiction.
